Following are two main challenges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The emergence of the touchscreen technology- In addition to the traditional event handlers such as mouse click and key press, scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript and Java have to create \u00a0new event handlers for the touchscreen actions.<\/li>\n<li>System incompatibility- mobile devices are running on different platforms including Iphone&#8217;s IOS, Android and Microsoft windows Mobile. Application runs on one platform might not run on another platform and this creates incompatibility issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>JavaScript is one of the scripting languages that can be used to develop mobile web. However, it cannot handle the job on its own, it has to work with HTML5 and CSS3. Therefore, writing JavaScript codes for mobile web from scratch is a difficult task.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, the emergence of mobile web development JavaScript Frameworks has made the effort to develop mobile websites and mobile apps easier.
